Hamilton Logging Inc. is a family owned and local logging company that believes in an honest approach to timber buying and harvesting. Our owner, Bobby Hamilton, started the company in 1983, and has now been in the logging business for more than 40 years! Hamilton Logging is a third generation family logging business that has its roots in Sullivan Co., Indiana, and is now based out of Morgan Co., Indiana. We employ dedicated, knowledgable, and experienced loggers, now with more than 200 years of combined experience amongst our crew. Bobby believes in integrity and hard work and continues to set a high standard of deep faith and family values.

At Hamilton Logging, we work to promote forest growth through responsible timber management, best done by selective timber harvesting practices.

What We Do

Hamilton Logging Inc. offers a unique, trusted approach to managing timber resources. We utilize best management practices (BMP’s), respect your land and remaining forest, and offer premium dollar for your timber. Hamilton Logging prides itself on trust, honesty, reputation, and strong work ethic. With a signed timber contract, Hamilton Logging Inc. will provide a free boundary survey, liability insurance, and free excavating work at harvest completion. Hamilton Logging Inc believes in an honest approach to business! Its for this reason, we will pay you the full agreed upon price for your timber BEFORE we harvest any timber from your property! We are happy to offer previous customers a referral bonus for any singed timber harvest agreement! There is no better referral than word of mouth!
